Add Movement + Build Strength

  • Choose one exercise from each group below. Watch the video on correct form.

  • Set a timer for 5 minutes.

  • Walk in place for 1 minute. Do each chosen exercise for 1 minute. Walk in place for 1 minute.

Repeat as desired or as time allows.

If you are trying to work-in working-out, do four 5 minute circuits throughout your day to get 20 minutes of movement into each day. Build on consistency and strength as you meet your small goals and gain confidence and wellness!
