Easy Homemade Coconut ‘Milk’ Juice
What You’ll Need:

Makes 16 Servings
2 3/8 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
2 cups boiling water
filtered water to complete the gallon
nut milk bag/cheese cloth
Directions:
Place 2 3/8 cup coconut flakes and 2 cups boiling water into blender. Blend well 2-3 minutes.
Pour into milk bad over a large bowl. Strain well. Clean the blender out with filtered water and strain through nut milk bag again.
Using a funnel, pour into a gallon container. Fill the remainder of the gallon with filtered water.
Serve cold. Great for protein shakes and smoothies. Great milk alternative.
