Grilled Asparagus
What You’ll Need:
5 minutes prep | 5 minutes cook
Makes 1 Servings
6 medium spears of Asparagus (thinner is better)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Foil
Directions:
Preheat grill to high.
Cut the bottom white off of the spears.
Place spears on foil. Drizzle lightly with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and garlic.
Grill on foil making sure they are not piled on top of one another for 3-4 minutes. They will be bright green but not limp.
Serve warm.
Feel free to double or triple this recipe to serve as many as necessary.
