(Easy) Juicy Baked Chicken

What You’ll Need:

2 minutes prep | 35 minutes cook

Makes 4-6 Servings

Chicken breasts

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

Spices of your choosing

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450F

  2. Place chicken in a lightly oiled baking pan (glass baking pan works well)

  3. Coat chicken with a light layer of oil

  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasoning (poultry seasoning gives flavor that can be used in many dishes)

  5. Bake UNcovered (that’s important) for 25 minutes or until inside of chicken is 150F.

  6. Turn oven off and cover with a lid or foil for 10 minutes - this lets the juices set in and chicken cook fully to 165F internally.

Serve warm with delicious sides (check out more livableYOU recipes for side ideas) OR let cool completely and keep in fridge or freezer for future use! (This works great for our Creamy Chicken Salad)
