A Quick Guide to Eating Well

With so much advice out there, let’s just cut through the fluff and keep it simple.

  1. Keep a log. Nothing fancy - just record everything you eat or drink. You can’t change what you don’t know.

  2. Double your water intake (0x2 here =1cup). Then keep increasing your daily intake by 1 cup each week with a goal no more than 15 cups a day.

  3. Keep your net carbs at or below 150g per day.

    Total Carbs - Fiber = Net Carbs
