Peanut Butter & Apples

1 apple (we prefer Pink Ladies or Granny Smith)
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (no sugar added*)
Directions:
Choose a crisp apple, wash and slice.
Arrange the slices flat on a plate. Drizzle with peanut butter.
Slicing the apples and arranging them on a plate will allow you to get peanut butter on each slice without using an excessive amount.
Many peanut butter varieties/brands have added sugar. Our family has found Kroger Natural Creamy to be tasty AND affordable with no added sugar.
This is a good occasional snack or lunch. Quick, easy and nutrient packed!
