Sausage, Cheese and Egg Bites
What You’ll Need:
10 minutes prep | 20-25 minutes cook
Makes 12 Servings
1lb sausage
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp butter - melted
2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Melt butter in a large bowl.
Add sausage, cheese and egg to the bowl with the butter. Combine well.
Combine almond flour, salt and baking powder in a small bowl.
Combine the small bowl into the large bowl.
After well combined, roll into balls approx 1 inch in diameter.
Place on a cookie sheet with a little space between. They will not grow much while baking. (parchment paper will make clean up easier).
Bake 20-25 minutes until browned.
