A Quick Guide to Moving More

You don’t need a gym membership or complicated workout routine to get yourself moving.

Try these 3 simple steps:

  1. Pick 3-5 body weight exercises you can do. (EXAMPLES)

  2. Set a reminder to do 5 repetitions of each exercise for 3 rounds, 3 times a day.

  3. Increase repetitions by 1-2 each week.

Celebrate consistency!
Doing something everyday is better than doing a lot rarely (or never).
